From being trained across the dance styles in Shiamak Davar's Institute of Performing Arts, she has undergone contemporary dance training under French Choreographer and Contemporary dance exponent Gilles Chuyen. She is also exploring the folk dance forms of Bihu and Chau. Besides taking up individual assignments and instructing students ranging from 4 years to 65 years; she has also performed in many shows.
